Discover the sacred sites of the beguiling Outback during this unforgettable touring holiday, paired with an enchanting Sounds of Silence dinner and breathtaking Helicopter flight.

Alice Springs, nestled in the heart of the Red Centre, is the second biggest town in the Northern Territory, and it’s here where your Outback adventure begins. Enjoy a two-night hotel stay where you’ll explore the region’s greatest historical attractions during a half-day tour.

Pay a visit to the Royal Flying Doctors museum where you’ll be able to see, experience and learn through the wonder of technology. Uncover the history and gain insight into the activities of the RFDS’s pilots, engineers, doctors and nurses. Explore the School of the Air – the world’s largest classroom and stop at the Old Telegraph Station, which marks the original site of the first European settlement in Alice Springs.

While here you’ll also get to admire the views over the town from the summit of Anzac Hill and delve into the riches of Standley Chasm. Keep an eye out for the elusive black-footed rock wallabies during a walk through Simpsons Gap, a site of spiritual significance to the local Arrernte people.

A further highlight of this spectacular destination is a fun-filled evening of entertainment and outback cuisine, set in the remote and isolate East MacDonnell Ranges. Join in with the laughter and meet new friends as you tuck into a mouth-watering meal of prime Australian beef, paired with a refreshing cold beer or wine; underneath the great midnight blue expanse of the star-scattered sky.

Leaving Alice Springs behind, you’ll head to Kings Canyon for a hotel stay and a walk to admire the sheer size and beauty of this astounding canyon before travelling to Uluru. Remote, magnificent and splendid in colours that varies as the day unfolds, this majestic sandstone monolith is one of the most sensational sights in Australia. Discover every aspect of this landmark in all its glory with a series of immersive tours.

Embark on a scenic helicopter flight that will take you above Uluru where you can marvel at the scale of this national icon. Have your cameras ready as you capture the perfect aerial shot while also viewing the immense domes of Kata Tjuta in the distance and witness its unique beauty while on a Sunrise Tour.

You’ll also have the pleasure of dining on bush-tucker delicacies and enjoying the mesmerising view over the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park during a magical Sounds of Silence dinner. As you relax with a glass of fine wine, the hypnotic sound of the didgeridoo will fill the night air. You’ll be joined by a resident star talker who will talk you through the constellations of the southern night sky beside a crackling camp fire.

Your remarkable Uluru experience finishes with a sunrise tour of British artist Bruce Munro’s breathtakingly beautiful, solar-powered Field of Light installation. Comprising of 50,000 tiny, illuminated globes on flower-like stalks that glow under the star-lit sky, it’s a magical sight that perfectly complements its dramatic surroundings.
